Pir habibur Rahman City Library :

- Project description:
A Six storied modern library Building with semi-basement car parking facilities, Ground Floor and 1st floor is Library, 2nd floor is conference hall, 3rd to 4th floor is govt. leaving facilities. Total building floor area is nearly 50,000 S. ft.

- Project description:
This is a massive residential complex project which includes 2 towrs of 14 storied morden apartment facilities. Digital Survey and EIA for Beanibazar-Golapgonj-Fenchugonj Road :

- Project description:
The project of a road between Fenchugonj-Chandarpur has been initiated for long time, but was not accomplished for some reasons. The project is now coming back to the agenda as it could help developing fishery, farming, industry and tourism in the Beanibazar-Golapgonj-Fenchugonj area and ameliorate the Bangladesh infrastructures. For connecting Fenchugonj-Chandarpur 48 km. road would have to be built. The community of those areas is highly interested and implicated in the project development because of the numerous advantages, development of trade and tourism among others, such a prestigious project can bring both to the commune and to Bangladesh.
When a new road will build upon new area where there is lots of haor, canal, river and agricultural area. The environment acts in different manner from its usual arrangement when it is subjected to any kind of obstruction like road, bridge piers, culvert, guide bund, abutments etc. Roads and its accessory structures in general constrict the conveyance area for flow and the road foundation enhance this constriction resulting in increase of speed, acceleration of scouring process, backwatering of stage, soil erosion etc. Society of the constructed road surrounding area will adversely effected and urbanization rate will grow up, which will Impact in the socio-economic change of the surrounding area.
The Roads and Highway Department, Sylhet has taken the initiative to complete the road construction project. Before starting the project, it is essential to do the Environmental Impact Assessment of the proposed road construction project.

Barakatullah Power Plant:

- Project description:
Barakatullah Power plant co. ltd (50MW power plant) is a natural gas based power generation plant having modern infrastructure facilities. It is located near Khushara River at Fanchganj, Sylhet. The plant capacity is 10MW electricity at base load. This type of power plant is effective and environment-friendly. The operation of generating set and auxiliaries needed carried out from engine control computerized machine. The power plant control and supervision system is regular and systematic. During construction, the plant authority tried to adopt all necessary measures to reduce the environmental impacts. The project management has taken site clearance from Department of Environment, as it is mandatory for a project establishing in other than industrial zone. Proper technology such as application of silencer is suggested and proper effective steps of management will reduce the adverse effects. It is clear that due to many environmental safety and social requirements, comprehensive documents will guide the project at a safe track.

Topographical survey of Amborkhana Bypass :

- Project description:
This is a Topographical survey project of a by pass road in Sylhet city which is meant to be connecting Airport road to Shahi Eidgah east side road. The proposed road is about 2.76 Km long and its required to aquare about 16.58 acare of land to build it. The City amborkhana point is one of the majro intersection which causes lots of traffice dealy during peak hours. The porposed bi pass is planned to get read of this issue

Digonto Twin Tower :

- Project description:
This is a two Six Storied Residential Building project. Each building has 9 flats or more flats. Two flat of full size will be made at both two sides both which specification has mentioned before. One of left side plot with garden at backside (housing estate side), with one large room with prayer room, library , dining, kitchen, servant bed with toilet,with large drawing room. Other side flats with bed-3, with 3 toilets (2 attached and 1 common) drawing, dinning, kitchen, servant bed with servant toilet. Minimum 2 verandahs.

Royal City housing EIA project :

- Project description:
Royal City is a housing development proposed by Royal Homes Pvt. Ltd. close to Sylhet City in Rugon Pur. Royal Homes Pvt. Ltd. has acquired 339 Decimal (3.39 acres) at Royal City in the parish of Sylhet, and proposes to construct 279 homes residential lot. The lot sizes will be a minimum of 210.25 sq. m. (2,250 sq. ft.). The proposed development aims to satisfy the current housing demand along the South side of Sylhet city besides the Sylhet-Dhaka bi-pass High Way.
The property is south of and bordered by the Sylhet City, directly across from Dhaka-Sylhet High way and within proximity to Gotatogar. Access to the property is via an entrance on the High Way.
In addition to the 279 lots, some lots have been allocated for dual purposes which may be used for education, health, residential and commercial activities. These activities will be limited to small “corner shops” for groceries, dressmaking, hairdressing or other low-impact businesses. Latif Nagar housing project :

- Project description:
Lotif Nogor is a housing development proposed by Classic Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. close to Sylhet City in Khadimpara. Classic Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. has acquired 2630.43 Decimal (87.68 acres) at Lotif Nogor in the parish of Sylhet, and proposes to construct 257 homes residential lot. The lot sizes will be a minimum of 202.45 sq. m. (2,178 sq. ft.). The proposed development aims to satisfy the current housing demand along the South eastern side of Sylhet city near Shahp[oran Bridge over Surma River besides the Sylhet-Dhaka bi-pass High Way.

- Project description:
